Beta terms

Plain summary, not a substitute for the terms and the data processing agreement. Where they disagree with this page, they win.

What you get

  • The product as it stands, free, for sixty days from the day you create your organization.
  • A monthly usage cap per organization. Reaching it pauses your requests, not anybody else's, and we will tell you before it happens.
  • Support by email from the people who build it, not a queue.
  • Your data exported on request, in a format you can read, at any point including after you leave.

What you do not get

  • An uptime commitment. There is no service level agreement during the beta and there will be outages.
  • A completed security certification. We have not been through SOC 2; the security page says exactly what is and is not in place.
  • Paid plans. Pricing after the beta will be published before anybody is charged, and nothing renews automatically into a paid plan.
  • Connectors beyond Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and the Jira and Confluence reader, your own MCP servers, custom agents, or roles beyond administrator, reviewer and member.
  • A choice of region. Everything runs in our tenant in the United States.

What we ask

  • Tell us when something is wrong, including the small things. A beta with polite silence in it is worse than one with complaints.
  • Do not use it as the only record of an access decision you would need in an audit this quarter. Keep whatever you keep today until you trust this.
  • Let us quote what you say about it, with your approval on the wording first.

Ending it

Either side, at any time, for any reason. If you leave, deleting your organization exports your data and purges it after thirty days, except the audit log, which is archived rather than deleted because a record of who approved what is the thing it exists to be.
