Free for sixty days from the day you create your organization, with a monthly cap on model usage that pauses your agents, not anyone else's, and that we tell you about before it is reached. No card is taken and nothing converts to a paid plan on its own.

What happens at day sixty

We talk to you before anything changes. Paid plans will be published before anyone is charged, and you will see them well before your sixty days end. If you decide not to continue, your data comes out in a format you can read and the record comes with it. There are no paid figures yet, and we will not invent them here.

Not in the beta

Worth knowing before you start rather than after.

  • Hosting outside the United States; data is processed in the US only
  • Anything on a private network or behind your firewall
  • HR feeds such as Workday, and SCIM provisioning (your directory sync covers joiners and leavers)
  • Partner and MSP accounts that manage several companies
  • A service level agreement

Larger organizations

A group with several brands or business units runs one organization for each, under the same beta terms. If you want to evaluate this as a pilot with named units, named reviewers and a security review at the end, the pilot page says what that involves, or get in touch.

None of it needs a card, and none of it is hard to leave
